
Dr. Monteic A. Sizer

Dr. Monteic A. Sizer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Louisiana Family Recovery Corps and the leader of REVIVE Louisiana, a statewide opportunity social movement. Since taking over as the organization's President/CEO in January 2009, Dr. Sizer has developed the Recovery Corps into a business-oriented non-profit organization and has streamlined its operations, making the agency more accountable to its clients, funders, non-profit allies, and government entities while also demanding accountabilities from its partners.
Under Dr. Sizer's direction, the Recovery Corps has led the charge statewide and nationally for the development of a long-term human recovery plan in the wake of catastrophic disasters. He has also encouraged the growth of the non-profit sector within the state and has positioned the Recovery Corps to help build the sector statewide. Dr. Sizer has also championed the need for reform at all levels of government.
Dr. Sizer has also created a business model to further assist thousands of Louisiana citizens to rehabilitate or rebuild their homes. To date, his agency has rehabilitated hundreds of homes across Louisiana.
Because of his leadership ability and accomplishments, Dr. Sizer is a highly sought after speaker, expert panelist, and consultant. His areas of expertise range from disaster recovery planning to workforce development. In particular, Dr. Sizer is passionate about education and juvenile justice reform, economic development, good government, and participatory democracy.
Dr. Sizer has previously worked for non-profits as a leader, staff member, and consultant. Dr. Sizer holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree, Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical-Community Psychology. He completed is clinical residency at William S. Hall Psychiatric Institute.

Germaine Mitchell
Director of Fund Development

Germaine Mitchell currently serves as Director of Fund Development for the Recovery Corps. Ms. Mitchell has more than 15 years of experience organizing comprehensive fundraising programs, community-based initiatives, and special events for charitable organizations in Louisiana, ranging from healthcare to human services, faith-based to adult education, and from environmental causes to services for severely at-risk children and families.
Molly Selleck

Molly Selleck is the Director of Finance for the Louisiana Family Recovery Corps, where she maintains the agency’s financial accountabilities and oversees case management. Prior to joining the Recovery Corps, Ms. Selleck was an Accountant at J.B. Hanks Co., a Director of Finance at Louisiana Technology Park, and a Senior Accountant at Security National Servicing Corporation. Ms. Selleck graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1993 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dorothy Thomas
General Counsel

Dorothy Thomas is General Counsel for the Louisiana Family Recovery Corps where she oversees the contracts/legal department. Ms. Thomas is also the Chair of the Coordinating Council of Louisiana 2-1-1, which provides direction to streamlining the state's social service hotline. She formerly spent 25 years in civil litigation practice and worked with various non-profits, developing an expertise in long-term human recovery and disaster management. Ms. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Tiffany Peterson
Contracts Administrator

Tiffany Peterson is the Contracts Administrator for the Louisiana Family Recovery Corps. Ms. Peterson constructs all contractual agreements entered into by the Recovery Corps and reviews subcontractor work for compliance. Ms. Peterson has previously worked in both the public and private sectors in a variety of legal roles. Ms. Peterson has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Donald Robinson, Jr.
Program Manager - Housing Initiatives

Donald Robinson is the Program Manager for the the Recovery Corps' housing programs. Mr. Robinson attended Loyola University for Business Management and has more than ten years of experience working in low-to-moderate income communities. Mr. Robinson has extensive experience in developing, implementing, monitoring, and coordinating social service, case management, and self-sufficiency programs. Prior to joining the Recovery Corps, Mr. Robinson held several different positions including: Manager of Youth Services and Senior Program Coordinator for Tulane University, Housing and Community Development Consultant for The Rock Consulting Group, and Vice President of Business Affairs for 44 Builders, LLC.
Carolyn Scofield

Ms. Scofield provides direct administrative and logistical support to the President/CEO and other staff, as well as manages certain internal office affairs. Ms. Scofield graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and was formerly employed as the Marketing Assistant for City Social Magazine.
